A CAM system, integrated with CAD that is used in the design phase, is employed for all programming needs.
Dimensional control of the parts uses several different tools, both in the machine and off-line:
- contact probes on the machine (Renishaw, Marposs, Blum)
- 3-axis measuring machine (Zeiss)
- programmable digital altimeter
